Tayside Aviation operates out of its main base at Dundee Airport and satellite base at Fife Airport. Both of these bases deliver a professional standard of flying training and have active and enthusiastic flying clubs associated with them. Tayside Flying Club is at Dundee and Fife Flying Club is at Fife. It is a mandatory requirement for all Students, Private Hirers and Tayside Aviation Flying Instructors to be current members of one of our associated clubs.

The club has about 100 members from all over the UK, although the majority are based in Angus, Fife, Perth & Stirlng. Most are flying members but many are former fliers or are people who have an interest in general aviation. The age of the membership ranges from those still at school to the retired; occupations are many and varied.

Our aim is to provide our membership with participating Fly-outs to locations around the Uk / Europe and also provide talk nights to provide quality presentations to enable better airmanship and safer Pilot skills.

Fife Flying Club operates from Fife Airport in Glenrothes and has over 100 members on avarage, each year. Many events are held including several fly-outs to airfields across the UK.
